Our restaurant lives within the walls of a 16th-century building in Galatina that housed two of them: two millstones and two crews of workers milling olives underground.
Hypogeum hall
Today the hypogeum hall, with its barrel vault, welcomes our guests: Lecce stone, warm lights and the Salento cooking we have always done, with a few variations of our own.
Arches Hall
Upstairs, under the wooden beams, between stone pillars and arches. For lunches, imperial-table dinners and parties.
Courtyard
When evening falls, the courtyard comes alive: live music and DJ sets among the olive trees and stone arches.

The venue has several independent rooms, plus the outdoor courtyard, and every event has its own reserved hall.
