Bookings and quote requests

This website has no database and stores no data. The booking and quote buttons open a message from your own WhatsApp: the details you type (name, phone, date, number of guests, notes) reach us only on our WhatsApp number and are used exclusively to answer your request and manage the booking (art. 6.1.b GDPR, pre-contractual measures). We keep them for as long as needed to handle the request and any obligations arising from it.

Using WhatsApp is your choice: you can always call us or write an email instead. WhatsApp is a service by Meta Platforms Ireland Ltd, with its own privacy policy.

Browsing data

Like every website, our server keeps technical logs (IP address, date and time, requested page) needed for operation and security (art. 6.1.f GDPR, legitimate interest). They are kept only for the strictly necessary time and are not used to identify you.

Cookies and third-party services

The site sets no cookies, uses no analytics, does not profile visitors and hosts no advertising. Typefaces, images and videos are served by this same site: browsing it contacts no third-party servers.

The links to Google Maps, Instagram and Facebook open those services in a new page, only if you click them: from that point the Google and Meta privacy policies apply.

Who receives the data

Your data is never sold or passed on. It is processed on our behalf, only for the service each provides, by: Cloudflare, Inc., which hosts the website and keeps its technical logs (based in the United States, certified under the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework); Italiaonline S.p.A., which runs our Libero email inbox, if you email us; Meta Platforms Ireland Ltd, if you message us on WhatsApp.

How long we keep it

Requests that do not turn into a booking: 24 months at most. Data linked to a confirmed event and its invoicing: for the duration of the relationship and for the 10 years required by Italian tax law (art. 2220 Civil Code). Technical logs: for the technical period set by Cloudflare, without any use by us.

Providing your data

Giving us your data is optional, but without a name and a contact we cannot reply or take a booking. We make no automated decisions and do no profiling.

Your rights

You can request access, rectification, erasure, restriction, objection and portability of your data at any time (arts. 15-22 GDPR) by writing to iduetrappetieventi@libero.it. You may also lodge a complaint with the Italian supervisory authority (Garante per la protezione dei dati personali).
